I've recommended this organization to multiple friends who were actively looking for new roles. The amount of support I've received from not just the Revenue team but from other members of the organization (at varying levels of seniority) has been refreshing. Coming into a small organization for the first time, I wasn't sure how the dynamic would be. After working here for a few months, I'm thrilled that I get the opportunity to work with these people.

It's a great organization. The word "team" very accurately describes what it feels like to be a part of this org. There's no micromanagement, the lines of reporting are very clear, my responsibilities as an employee are clear. There are things that could be improved, but of the many companies I've worked for Encapture is the top of the list for all of my personal benchmarks on company culture and quality.

It is an outstanding place to work. It is refreshing to work at a place that doesn't over-manage, but allows for the workers to get the job done. If we need something, we've got full support to go out and get whatever it takes to do a great job. They also realize that the best type of worker has work-life balance so they actually encourage people to take whatever time they need.

Encapture has great people who care about doing excellent work for our customers. I would recommend working here for people who are quick learners and motivated to go the extra mile for customers. At times, the growth we are experiencing feels too fast for our current resource capacity, so people who work here often have to take on a lot of extra responsibility across projects.
